Privacy Policy
Effective October 24, 2026. This policy explains what TucsonBound collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Who we are
TucsonBound is owned and operated by Sigma Design LLC, 10810 N Tatum Blvd, Ste 102-970, Phoenix, AZ 85028.
Information you give us
- Newsletter signup: your email address and, optionally, your first name.
- Buyer consultation and home valuation forms: your name, email, phone number, and the details you provide about your move, home search, or property.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and may use cookies for security, basic analytics, and remembering preferences — for example, whether you have already seen our newsletter popup. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
How we use information
- To send The Tucson Bound Brief if you subscribed (one email a week; unsubscribe anytime with one click).
- To respond to your consultation or valuation request and connect you with licensed local real estate agents or service providers.
- To operate, secure, and improve this site.
How information is shared
- Referrals: if you submit a consultation or valuation form, the information in that form is shared with the licensed local professionals who will respond to you. That is the purpose of the form.
- Service providers: we use FormSubmit to deliver form submissions and Brevo to send the newsletter. These providers process information only to provide their service.
- We never sell your personal information. We do not sell or rent email addresses or form submissions to data brokers or list sellers.
- Legal: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links (see our Disclosure). When you click one, the destination site may set its own cookies and tracking under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue.
- To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to us by mail at Sigma Design LLC, 10810 N Tatum Blvd, Ste 102-970, Phoenix, AZ 85028. We respond to every request.
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
